Star Dust Market, Again is a text-driven appraisal and shopping game set in a fantasy market town. You play a novice adventurer returning to the legendary Star Dust Market to find bargains and profit, just as a senior adventurer did the year before. The game focuses on tactical purchasing decisions: browsing 132 different items across multiple districts (weapons, antiques, art, books, food, and more), managing limited funds, accepting buy-and-sell commissions for extra profit or penalties, and bidding in auctions with other buyers. Gameplay unfolds across nine time slots (morning, afternoon, evening), with different shops and items available at different hours and locations. After the market closes, you engage in final negotiations with remaining customers, then return to your inn for payment, item appraisal, and profit accounting.
