Editorial Don't bother
So See Your Path Remaster attempts an ambitious narrative about corporate intrigue and relationships, but the execution is severely hampered by fundamental design problems. The story is confusing and disjointed—players report scenes that don't connect logically, conversations that jump without context, and dialogue that contradicts itself. More critically, the game's choice system is largely illusory: most decisions claim to branch but lead to the same outcome anyway, giving the false impression of agency while railroading players into forced scenes (particularly an unavoidable pregnancy plotline that many find nonsensical and poorly justified). The MC is widely criticized as unlikeable and weak-willed, and the characterization of female leads oscillates between manipulative and contradictory. On the technical side, the build contains real bugs—game variables appear to trigger incorrect flags (pregnancy occurring from paths players never took), save-system glitches, and occasional crashes. The Sims 4 graphics style, while unusual for adult VNs, is not inherently a problem, but it underscores the game's rough overall presentation. For a v1.0 release, this feels incomplete and poorly playtested.
