A Cold War–era apartment management and surveillance simulation. Set in 197X in the fictional Eastern European nation of K-country during escalating civil conflict, you assume the role of an apartment building landlord conscripted as a government surveillance officer. Your dual responsibilities are to monitor tenants for suspicious activity and report them to military authorities—or abuse your position to blackmail vulnerable residents for personal gain. The military police conduct regular inspections; failure to fulfill surveillance quotas risks execution for disloyalty. Each moral choice shapes your protagonist's character and determines which of multiple endings you receive. The game features over 50 base CGs with select scenes animated.
