Editorial Has potential
Gorgo: Mother of Sparta is a sandbox adult game set in ancient Greece with a protagonist players find genuinely appealing. The story and character writing draw consistent praise, and animations are noted as smooth; the game clearly has creative ambition and delivers on its core appeal for its audience. However, the build is plagued by progression bugs—multiple players report getting locked or stuck after key events (hosting a symposium, triggering certain mechanics), with no clear workaround, and the UI/UX for navigation is confusing enough that basic actions require trial-and-error or external help. The game is mid-development (currently at v0.5 as the start of the final act), so some roughness is expected, but the blocking bugs significantly impair playability right now. Wait for the next update if you hit a wall, or expect to need a walkthrough.
