She Doesn't Pay Rent

She Doesn't Pay Rent is a first-person hentai life simulator set in a small Japanese town. After losing everything to the mafia, you find yourself hiding in an abandoned apartment building—one that's already occupied by a ghost girl named Yoru who has no intention of leaving (or paying rent). You'll meet other unusual women in town, including Miko, a cat girl; Anna, your warehouse boss; and Malo, a mysterious figure visible only through your phone camera. Gameplay revolves around building relationships through private text chats, collecting selfies that become progressively more intimate, decorating and upgrading your apartment, and working shifts at the warehouse to earn money for furniture and gifts. The game features animated sexual scenes, a night car chase, and secrets hidden throughout the building.
