Sharp Smiles follows Salem Copperpot, a trans woman who becomes entangled with a serial killer—a dangerous figure she finds unexpectedly attractive. The game is a narrative-driven experience that explores the psychological tension and dark appeal of this forbidden connection, touching on themes of obsession, self-worth, and manipulation. With six different endings (one of which connects to the Infected Perception podcast's second season), the game offers multiple paths through Salem's story depending on player choices.
