SexOlympics is a very early first release (v0.1) set in a vanilla college setting with an athletics theme. Players consistently report that choices are illusory—the MC is heavily railroaded, with the roommate antagonist overriding player decisions and forcing specific story branches regardless of what you pick. Writing needs proofreading (pronoun errors, Spanish dialogue mixed in), and animations have technical issues (clipping, sinking geometry). Art direction is generic, though character designs draw some appreciation. The core creative problem is agency: the story doesn't respect player input, making narrative progression feel pointless. Community feedback is thin and mixed—some see potential in an early build, others are already frustrated by lack of meaningful choice and weak writing. Early adopters are cautiously watching for updates; skeptics have moved on.
