Sex Purgatory

Sex Purgatory is an adult 3D RPG currently in alpha development, set in a randomly generated voxel-based world. The game combines survival mechanics (hunger, stamina management) with traditional RPG progression (leveling skills, acquiring gear) and adult sexual content. Players gather resources, explore, engage in combat, and have sexual encounters with NPCs to progress. A core feature is the "sex battle" system, where players compete against other characters using developed sex skills. The game includes crafting, world modification tools, and a tutorial to introduce core mechanics. Created in Unreal Engine 5 and available free-to-play, the game is in active development with features and systems subject to change.
