Selara is a story-driven sci-fi visual novel set eighty years after humanity's exodus from Earth. You wake from cryostasis to command the starship Herald during an uprising, only to discover far greater threats to humanity's survival. The game emphasizes consequence-driven storytelling where your choices are shaped by character stats—you cannot succeed at every attempt, and failures may lead to unexpected outcomes you prefer. Rather than a sandbox or harem experience, Selara focuses on narrative progression with segments of exploration, relationship building with crew members, and branching paths based on your decisions. The game includes optional adult content across multiple kinks, all choice-based and fully voiced with AI-generated audio.
