Second Skin

Second Skin is an adult life-sim visual novel where you play as Alex, navigating a branching story shaped by how you present yourself and interact with others. The game emphasizes player choice and roleplay flexibility: you can lean dominant or submissive, masculine or feminine, and the narrative adapts accordingly, with different playstyles producing markedly different experiences. The town features a full cast of characters with their own story arcs, jobs to work, dating apps to explore, a wardrobe and appearance system with presentation-gated content, minigames, and stats. Most art is AI-assisted with hand-written scene placement; the free build includes the complete main story and 95% of content, with some explicit scenes censored in the public version.
