Blazing Sunset

Blazing Sunset is an adult sandbox visual novel set on Blaze Island, fifteen years after a notorious serial killer—the Sunset Slasher—drove most men from the island. You return as a young adult to finish your final year of high school, living with your father's best friend and her daughter. The island is now heavily populated by women who have had little to no contact with men in over a decade. The game blends life simulation with mystery elements: manage your daily schedule, attend school, explore the island, build relationships with over 40 characters, and investigate new crimes while the question of whether the Slasher has truly stopped lingers. You navigate romance, friendship, and the investigation through a choice-driven system across a day/night/week cycle with side activities and puzzles throughout the explorable world.
