Rammed is an early-access game with a strong foundation and clear creative vision—a corruption/transformation narrative wrapped in minigames and resource management. Players consistently praise the character design and premise, and the developer is actively engaged, posting regular updates on Patreon. However, the build shows real friction: crashes on certain actions (TV-watching, camera loading), antivirus false positives from the custom launcher, features listed in the notebook that aren't yet functional, and a grinding economy that forces fast moral compromise rather than allowing gradual roleplay. The technical issues are isolated rather than game-breaking, but they're frequent enough to trip up new players. Mechanically, balance problems (minigame tower-defense losing progress on map changes, opaque energy costs) and missing tutorial guidance frustrate engagement. The core concept and art are solid; execution is uneven and clearly mid-development.
