Physical Compatibility Diagnostic Test is a multi-ending adventure game where player choices determine the story's outcome. One afternoon, Nao, a dark-haired gal, installs a diagnostic app and invites Kyoko, the Discipline Committee Chair, to test it with her. When they find Ayato, a slightly perverted male classmate, the three begin the compatibility test. Their actions gradually escalate into sexual activity—unaware that the app itself is driving their behavior. The game features four different endings accessible through multiple playthroughs, with fast-forward and chapter functions to reduce replay time.
