Parasite

In Parasite, you play as Nathan, a young man who becomes infected by an alien parasite after a chance discovery in the woods. The parasite is a hive-mind entity driven by a single imperative: breed and expand. You must maintain a normal life among family and classmates while secretly spreading the infection, turning those around you into devoted servants of the parasite's will. The core gameplay revolves around systematically corrupting a cast of over 40 unique characters through five distinct stages of progression, from initial unawareness to full transformation into "Vectors" who actively help spread the hive-mind. As you expand your influence, you must manage suspicion—reckless infection-spreading attracts attention. High suspicion triggers detective investigations, nest raids, and the arrest of infected individuals sent for decontamination, creating strategic tension between ambition and caution. The game emphasizes corruption mechanics and moral degradation, presenting choices with consequences that shape both your victims' fates and the trajectory of your parasitic empire.
