Anailezd is a fantasy kingdom with a unique tradition: only women born into the royal family can become heroes. The protagonist, however, is the sole legitimate heir—and male—so they have been raised in disguise as a girl since childhood. When the dark army "Ryuko" invades, the protagonist must take up arms as the "Princess Hero" to defend the realm. This retro-styled JRPG blends exploration, turn-based combat, and narrative discovery across castles, towns, towers, and dungeons. The story weaves a comedic yet dramatic gender-bending adventure that questions identity and truth. Along the way, you recruit companions—Aei, a rough but kind beast-girl, and Noran, a handsome young noble with hidden depths—and deepen bonds with them and other characters throughout your 15-hour journey. Gameplay features 14 costumes that change in real-time during exploration and battle, affecting how townspeople and enemies react. An embarrassment meter ties costume choices to narrative interactions. Combat is challenging, featuring boss battles and tough enemies. The game includes 17 adult scenes with 15 base CGs, grounding the lighthearted adventure in genuine intimacy.
