You are a man recovering from a serious accident, confined to bed while your newlywed wife Lily enjoys a honeymoon trip without you—accompanied by your brother Dave, his wife Lisa, and Lily's best friend Izzy. To aid your recovery, you've been prescribed medication with mysterious side effects that begin to unfold in unexpected ways. As the story progresses, the dynamics between the group on the yacht grow increasingly complex, with the narrative branching between NTS (netorare-aware, story-focused) and NTR (netorare) paths. The game combines visual novel storytelling with player choice, exploring themes of trust, temptation, and desire as relationships are tested in ways no one anticipated.
