Neuro/Splice is a story-rich sci-fi visual novel following dual protagonists Cassie Marlowe and Ryke Voss—sworn enemies from opposing factions. Cassie leads the Veilbreakers, an outlawed group convinced that the megacorporation NexaCorp is hiding critical truths about the world. Ryke is a NexaCorp police officer determined to stop her. When the Veilbreakers plant a virus in NexaCorp's mainframe that threatens catastrophic shutdown, Ryke's team devises a desperate plan: use an experimental procedure called Neuro-Splicing to transfer Ryke's consciousness into Cassie's body, infiltrate the prison holding her allies, and learn how to disable the virus. The body swap forces both protagonists into dangerous new perspectives—Ryke navigates a brutal prison underground while uncovering NexaCorp's secrets, while Cassie operates from within the corporation's own ranks. The game emphasizes player choice, with branching paths for relationships and sexual content that can be skipped, and features BDSM themes experienced from multiple character viewpoints.
