Editorial Has potential
Neuro/Splice presents a sci-fi body-swap premise with solid creative bones: players inhabit a female protagonist who swaps bodies with her enemy, creating complex moral and narrative tensions. The writing and character work are generally praised, and the concept—borrowing structure from *Face/Off* but inverted—intrigues readers looking for something beyond straightforward erotica. However, the game is deeply divisive over its content approach. A vocal segment of players feel trapped by a design that forces them into uncomfortable scenarios (infidelity, potential NTR) with no clean opt-out, complaining the game is technically "built as a cuck/NTR game" while avoiding those tags. Others embrace the premise and transformation mechanics. The build is early and lean (~70 renders per update), so expectations should be calibrated accordingly; the developer has clear long-term plans (14–20 chapters) and is responsive, but this is a slow-burn work-in-progress.
