Naughty Lyanna is a 3DCG visual novel following the life of Lyanna, an ambitious young woman with dreams of becoming a journalist like her father. After moving to a new city with her family, she finds herself caught up in unexpected situations that frequently lead to sexual encounters and public nudity scenarios. In Season 1, she quickly befriends new people and embarks on various adventures filled with intimate moments. Season 2 picks up six months later, with Lyanna and her friends attempting to capitalize on their viral internet fame through content production, though they continue to stumble into increasingly naughty predicaments. The game emphasizes player choice, with dialogue decisions shaping Lyanna's relationships and experiences across a mix of lesbian-focused content and optional mixed-gender scenarios.
