Editorial Has potential
Missy is a polished adult RPG that earns strong praise for its character writing, branching storylines, and world-building. Players consistently call it a "masterpiece" and highlight the depth of relationship choices and quest variety. However, the game suffers from persistent technical friction: quest markers frequently point in wrong directions, soft-locks and progression bugs trap players mid-quest, and save corruption is reported. Most critically, players note repetitive school-day loops that feel padded—many explicitly ask for a skip button to avoid replaying mornings for minor quest steps. The dominant/submissive choice system also leans heavily toward submission and humiliation, with limited dom-branching despite player requests for balance. These are design complaints about a fundamentally strong work, not flaws in the creative vision itself.
