Misadventures from Below: A Bartleby Tale

Misadventures from Below is a visual novel set in Hell—reimagined as a pleasure-focused theme park rather than a place of suffering. You play as Spire, a young jackal man accompanied by Damon, an invisible friend who proves to be quite real. Newly deceased souls must surrender their hearts within 100 hours of arrival; those who refuse simply cease to exist. Spire grapples with whether he wants to pursue eternal life or fade away, while exploring the surreal fantasies Hell offers. The game is heavily fetish-oriented with absurdist humor; while no characters experience actual harm or suffering within Hell's mechanics, the content includes references to vore and incest. The current early build features text-based descriptions and adult humor without graphic imagery, though explicit images are planned for future releases.
