Alex Kane, a middle-aged man, discovers he has two inoperable brain tumors that slowly take over his consciousness, distorting his perception of reality and awakening his darkest impulses: a craving for absolute control, sadism, and sexual violence. Through hallucinations in which the tumors speak to him as distinct entities, Alex wages a desperate battle for the remnants of his humanity while his illness metastasizes through his family, turning his loved ones into victims, accomplices, and reflections of his own disintegration. This psychological horror game explores the razor-thin line between the self and the monster that has always quietly lived within, waiting only for a reason to break free. The narrative unfolds through multiple endings shaped by the player's choices.
