Description
Mandatory Manager is a stat-driven management simulator where you train a newly assigned intern named Misaki over 30 days. As her supervisor, you balance her assignments, meals, stress, morale, and skill development while deciding how to reward her successes or punish her failures. Your decisions directly impact whether she becomes a successful employee or fails her final review—and your own career advancement hinges on the outcome. The game features a voiced protagonist, unlockable modifiers that carry over between playthroughs, multiple endings based on your management choices, and a gallery mode to revisit scenes.
