Nostalgia and Lust is a mechanics-heavy streamer-sim with branching NTR/vanilla routes that has earned genuine enthusiasm from its community, particularly for its animations and grind-based gameplay loop. The core appeal lies in player agency: careful financial management and decision-making unlock a pure romance route, while neglect or poor choices lead toward various corruption paths (landlord, bully, NTR). However, the game suffers from a significant balance problem: the "pure" route demands meticulous micromanagement (filtering comments, deleting negatives, optimizing sponsors day-by-day for 3+ hours) to reach just a handful of scenes and a dialogue ending, while NTR routes reward you simply for playing passively.
