Manari: Half-Demon Kunoichi

Manari is a stoic demon-hunting ninja who loses three core emotions—lust, rage, and folly—to an evil sorcerer, transforming them into three powerful yokai demons. To defeat them, she forms an unlikely partnership with an ordinary man named Miyakoji Yasuhisa, who possesses rare "immortal bones" containing spiritual essence. When consumed, this essence temporarily enhances her ninja abilities, allowing her to confront increasingly dangerous foes. The game is a tactical roguelike card-battler set on a Japanese-inspired map. Players explore procedurally generated stages, build ninja-school decks with different card pools and playstyles, and engage in six-attribute dice-based combat encounters. Progression is divided into three-act chapters with boss battles; victory or defeat earns soul gems used to increase Manari's rank and unlock new techniques. Story branches based on player choices determine the protagonist's ultimate fate as she gradually reconnects with her stolen emotions through her companions.
