Lustworld

Lustworld is a text-based fantasy RPG where you start as a slave, prisoner, or gladiator in the city of Elaris and carve your own path upward. Create any character you want—human, elf, drow, or beastfolk—customizing body, gender, and appearance, with the freedom to reinvent yourself later. Navigate five guilds, three scheming noble Houses, and a dynamic reputation system that opens and closes doors based on your choices and actions. The game emphasizes meaningful player agency: your decisions stick, NPCs react to who you are, and you can romance, manipulate, or use a cast of characters. Core gameplay includes timed combat, dungeon exploration, odd jobs for coin, and social maneuvering through a living world.
