Lust Asylum

Lust Asylum is a dark, erotic horror RPG following two protagonists, Neil and Debby, who become trapped in a nightmarish forest governed by madness, cultic symbols, and a seductive otherworldly entity called Elesan. With no escape and something twisted hunting them, they must navigate a landscape where reality warps and desire becomes intertwined with terror. The game combines exploration, stealth mechanics, and survival gameplay as players hide, investigate, and attempt to uncover the truth of their situation—if their sanity holds. Features include stamina mechanics, health and lust systems, multiple map zones, and sidequests as the story gradually unveils new characters, events, and mysteries.
