Editorial Has potential
Lovers' Fun has a cute, wholesome story that players appreciate, but it is severely hampered by a broken build. The core problem is catastrophic: unskippable slow text with no speed controls, no proper skip function, transitions taking 5+ minutes due to locale bugs, and a day-2 blackscreen that blocks progress for many. The dialogue-heavy design combined with these technical failures makes the game feel deliberately tedious rather than engaging—players report sitting through 10-minute scenes that should take 2, and on day 2, many hit a hard wall. For those who can work around the technical issues, the relationship progression and character moments land well enough, but the current build is effectively unplayable for a significant portion of the audience.
