Lost Tails: Primitive Pleasures is a gay adult comedy RPG made in RPG Maker, inspired by environmental-themed cartoons. You play Wesley, a sheep femboy in his 20s who washes ashore on a mysterious unmapped island after his partner Captain Blue's plane crashes. Stranded and searching for answers about the crash and your missing lover, you must explore dungeons, solve puzzles, and recruit allies—some of whom become romantic partners and party members. The island harbors danger: Commander Smoke, a powerful antagonist, schemes to destroy the jungle and convert the island into a casino for the wealthy, while his forces—including the trigger-happy zebra FullSack and numerous Fossa soldiers—actively work against you and the island's tribal chief.
