LonaRPG is a hardcore survival action-adventure RPG set in a grimdark, unforgiving open world. You play as Lona, a young woman trying to survive in the cruel Noer Island and escape her miserable circumstances. The game emphasizes player agency: decide how Lona approaches challenges—whether head-on as a fighter, stealthily as an infiltrator, or through dialogue and cunning. Core systems include real-time combat against monsters and enemies, a complex survival mechanic managing health and hunger, character progression through traits and perks, and interactions with a cast of bizarre characters. The narrative is dark and unflinching, acknowledging Lona as an ordinary person facing extraordinary hardship rather than a heroic savior, and even capture or enslavement does not end the game—only death or surrender.
