Lilrien's Secret Potions is a sandbox body-modification game built around brewing potions to customize the player character's anatomy—breasts, genitals, ass, hips, lips, and more. The creative concept is sound and the 3D implementation shows genuine effort, but the game suffers from a critical lack of direction and purpose. Most players note that beyond the novelty of growth, there is no meaningful goal, story, or gameplay loop to anchor engagement; it is, as one reviewer put it plainly, "pretty pointless right now." The current build is rough: widespread physics bugs plague the sexual content (clipping, magnetism, improper positioning), the rendering has visual artifacts (interlacing, subsurface-scattering excess), several players report crashes on load, and basic interaction sometimes fails entirely (E-key press-and-hold not registering). Save corruption has been mentioned more than once. Many potions lack reversal options, and the UI is unintuitive—players struggle to locate options, strip mechanics, and in-game guidance. The game has potential as a customization sandbox, but in its current state it is unfinished both creatively and technically, requiring substantial work on plot scaffolding, build stability, and quality-of-life polish before it can deliver a cohesive experience.
