Editorial Don't bother
Lessons of Corruption aims for a sandbox-style adult game with 3D rendered characters and branching routes, but struggles on nearly every technical and creative front. The voice acting is widely panned—described as stilted, dead-pan, and miscast (a 40–50-year-old voice for a college-age character)—while the protagonist model lacks facial animation entirely, making dialogue scenes feel static and unconvincing. The script and story are criticized as mediocre or worse; one reviewer notes the game appears to be a near-identical remake of another title with minor story tweaks. More damaging still, the build itself is unreliable: multiple players report frequent crashes, broken language settings, unresponsive controls, and UI that feels clunky. A few players praise the female model's appearance, but the lifeless performance, stilted pacing, and aggressive paywall (locked behind key codes and Patreon exclusivity) stack against it. Community consensus is negative; most who spent time with it deleted it within 30 minutes.
