Konoha Hearts

Konoha Hearts is an adults-only dating simulator set in the Naruto universe. You play as a wealthy retired shinobi from the Hidden Sand who arrives in Konoha for one week. During your stay, you romance four lovers selected from a rotating pool of 28 characters, each with her own personality, backstory, and portrait set. The cast includes 12 original ninja-world women, 8 crossover guests from other franchises, and 8 futanari partners. Gameplay revolves around earning affection through dialogue and choice, with all content unlocked through in-game progression rather than paywalls. You can suggest actions or type custom commands, with an AI game master responding dynamically to your choices. Futanari and crossover characters are entirely optional. The game autosaves after every turn and tracks a full story log and character dossier.
