Just for Today, Be My Lover. Volume 1

A university student named Masaki is dumped by his girlfriend just before Christmas and falls into an aimless routine. On December 23rd, the day before Christmas Eve, he is approached by a mysterious woman on the street who asks him to spend Christmas Eve with her. They spend the evening together and become entangled in a secret relationship. The story follows these two young adults—emotionally inexperienced despite their age—as they clumsily navigate romance and love, questioning what it truly means to grow up and whether they can maintain genuine affection while becoming adults. Their awkward, earnest romance unfolds against the backdrop of fleeting Christmas moments and deeper existential uncertainty about love and adulthood.
