Editorial Meh
Community feedback on *Hyperborea: Hornysolation* is sparse and largely shallow, so take this with a grain of salt. What genuine enthusiasm exists centres on the lizardwoman/snake-woman character design and art — a few players are clearly happy to see more games leaning into this niche. The premise (quarantine-breaking punished by a reptilian captor) draws a mild positive reaction from its target audience. On the other side, at least one reviewer found the dialogue actively repellent, and several comments question whether the current release constitutes a complete game at all. There is also a recurring thread of players asking for a full save file, which speaks to either tedious progression or very thin content. As a creative work the game appears to deliver competently for a specific lizard/snake-girl fetish audience, even if it offers nothing beyond that niche. The build, however, draws repeated doubts about completeness — multiple players wondering aloud whether this is "the whole game" suggests the current release feels unfinished or extremely short.
