The game combines deep economic systems with character management: design custom potions by combining bases and ingredients to create products with specific effects, manage market dynamics and contracts to maximize profit, and automate workflows as your company grows through tiers. At its core, the game features a complex NPC simulation system where employees have their own personalities, form relationships with each other, and respond to your interactions. You can engage with staff on a personal level to build intimacy and harvest Love Essence—a critical resource for research and potion creation. The game tracks physiological systems including lactation and pregnancy, which feed into resource production and inheritance mechanics. Gameplay involves balancing business decisions with managing employee morale, navigating social dynamics, and leveraging personal relationships to improve productivity and unlock new options.
