Concert Girls

In Concert Girls, you play as an aspiring manager opening your own idol agency. The game centers on training and nurturing a roster of talented performers—singers, actors, and entertainers—as they work toward their dreams of stardom. You guide them through various training sessions that improve their skills, unlock story content, and unlock new performance and collaboration opportunities. Gameplay involves managing your agency's growth, participating in mini-games to develop the girls' abilities, and building relationships through dialogue and training interactions. The game features fully voiced Japanese dialogue, original soundtrack, and branching storylines tied to character development. As skills increase and the agency expands, new content and romantic/intimate storylines with the performers become available.
