Hack & Tease is a voyeurism sandbox with a straightforward premise: use hacking tools to spy on AI-generated characters across multiple locations and build a gallery. The core loop is simple and the unlimited AI art is a draw for fans of the genre. However, the build has significant structural problems. Multiple players report that essential systems break mid-game: the Wi-Fi Scanner purchase doesn't register as bought, allowing infinite duplicate charges; police interference can permanently lock locations like the Hospital and University with no recovery; achievements frequently fail to unlock despite being completed. Android performance is severe—the game freezes after minutes of play, and touch input is so finicky that basic interaction becomes unreliable. A few players praise the concept and modding potential, but the frequency and severity of bugs, combined with deliberate paywalling of progression fixes behind a "Premium" update, suggest the game shipped unfinished.
