His peaceful homecoming is disrupted by the arrival of a mysterious girl named Yuka and her enigmatic companion, a horrific entity known as Gore Screaming Show. As strange and disturbing events unfold, Kyoji must uncover the mysteries connecting these figures to his town while navigating relationships with the girls around him. The game blends psychological horror with adult visual novel gameplay, featuring fully voiced characters, multiple branching paths, and multiple endings that determine whether Kyoji can escape the escalating madness or succumb to it.
