Editorial Has potential
Furry Hitler is an unabashedly absurdist adult VN that leans entirely into its ridiculous premise — you play a Hitler-coded protagonist romancing six furry characters across WWII-era dates. The community response is dominated by ironic five-star ratings and jokes, but buried within the noise is a genuine thread of affection: players praise the humor, the self-aware tone, the surprisingly fleshed-out furry characters, and the game's refusal to take itself seriously for even a moment. A handful of more earnest critics note shallow gameplay and a thin plot, and the sexual scenes drew one or two lukewarm comments, but for the audience this was made for — people who showed up for exactly this kind of gleefully deranged content — it largely delivers. The main recurring technical complaint is that the Russian language option doesn't actually work, with players forced to use third-party tools. A few isolated notes mention minor visual oddities. Given that the game is described as short (completable in under two hours), there are no reports of crashes or broken saves, and the build otherwise appears functional.
