Foxgirl Caretaker is a lewd life/dating sim with sandbox elements and a hentai visual novel style. You play a broke city boy who returns to your sleepy hometown to clean out your late grandmother's house, only to reunite with your best friend Arisu—a cursed foxgirl who is starving for affection and on the verge of losing control. You become her caretaker, responsible for meeting her intimate and everyday needs. The game blends romance, slice-of-life exploration, and urban fantasy as you navigate part-time work mini-games, bonding moments, local eccentrics, and encounters with ancient witches, all set in a retro-futuristic alternate version of rural Japan called Nogune.
