Description
You are the general manager of a professional soccer club. Choose your starting position from 24 clubs across two divisions. Each season consists of 22 league matches and 4 cup rounds. As you advance in the cup, your rest weeks disappear and the schedule tightens, making the quality of your bench players directly impact your final standing. Matches pause at halftime, allowing for up to 3 substitutions and tactical adjustments.
Your players grow, age, and retire each season. Financial management is constant and critical—ticket prices, stadium expansion, investment in four facility types, and wage budgets all determine your survival as manager. Exceed your income with player salaries and you'll be sacked, regardless of on-field success. Unhappy players with limited playing time will demand transfers or refuse contract renewals, forcing tough personnel decisions.
