Editorial Has potential
DreamTown Stories launches with striking hand-drawn art that immediately catches the eye—character design and visual style are genuine strengths. The prologue is brief but signals ambition: a morally complex protagonist, optional branching content (harem, sharing, and other routes all player-selectable), and clear developer engagement with the community. However, the build has real technical problems: fullscreen toggling breaks the options menu, some dialogue is cut off, and windowed mode causes a black-screen crash at the end. English writing also needs polish. The developer has a mixed track record (two previous projects abandoned after v0.1) and is pivoting from NTR work, so execution and follow-through remain open questions. Worth watching if you value art and player choice, but wait for the next update to see if technical issues are actually fixed and the writing improves.
