A 2D survival horror ARPG set in K General Hospital during a devastating virus outbreak that has transformed T City into a nightmare of infected and mutated creatures. Players control a female protagonist navigating the hospital's dangers—scavenging for supplies and weapons, seeking other survivors, and planning an escape route. Resource management is critical; supplies and weapon durability are limited, and poor decisions can be fatal. Combat encounters with mutants can result in being restrained, with failure triggering dark endings. The game combines exploration, resource scarcity, and high-stakes combat in a dystopian setting.
