Courting Death

Courting Death is a hand-drawn adult visual novel set in a gritty post-cyberpunk future. You play as Detective Archie Dixon, recently transferred to Noris PD in the divided Neopolis City, haunted by a mission gone wrong and the death of a young girl. Finding a mysterious pill in her hand, Archie and his partner Hugo Laurent uncover a conspiracy rooted in drugs, trafficking, and sexual exploitation that cuts through layers of power and corruption. The game is designed to feel like a graphic novel, with fully drawn scenes in comic panel-style, speech bubbles, and animated action sequences. It treats adult themes—including sexual violence, nudity, and graphic violence—seriously and meaningfully. Choices are limited but consequential, relationships must be earned, and endings reflect the paths you take.
