Cosmic Leash is an early-access text adventure with light RPG mechanics built around transformation content — feminization, body modification, and gender-bending — set in a map-navigable world reminiscent of Trials in Tainted Space. The foundation draws genuine praise: the WASD-driven map interface is clean and snappy, the paperdoll character system has appeal, and the overall loop (jobs, gardening, exploring, unlocking scenes) shows real promise. Content-wise, players note the game skews heavily toward feminization and futa/trans NPCs, with little to no content for those seeking a purely feminine protagonist or heterosexual routes — worth knowing before you download. Paywalling the cheat menu while the grind is steep also draws pointed criticism. The build, however, is in rough shape. A persistent save-corruption bug — which empties inventories, wipes shop stock, resets gender attributes, and for some players resets the day counter entirely — is widely reported across PC, browser, and Android. The Android APK crashes frequently on non-flagship devices. Several reviewers note that large portions of the map feel empty or inaccessible, and the most recent comments suggest development may have stalled or gone silent. As a creative work the bones are promising enough to warrant curiosity, but the current build is too unstable to recommend playing right now.
