Coffee Buns

Coffee Buns is an 18+ transformation visual novel set in a near-future world where a tea-based transformation potion has made anthropomorphic animals commonplace. You play as Leonardo Bianco, a barista at a struggling café whose boss decides to capitalize on the furry trend by having the staff undergo transformation. Leo accepts the chance to drink the Kemono Tea alongside his coworkers, but discovers that his personal changes extend far beyond the physical—forcing him to reckon with his identity and place in this new society. The game follows Leo's romantic and personal journey over the course of a month, featuring multiple transformation paths, character relationships, and intimate encounters as he navigates both workplace dynamics and deeper emotional connections.
