Editorial Has potential
Chainmail Bikini Squadron wears its King's Field inspiration on its armored sleeve with confident pixel art and writing that players consistently praise as genuinely funny and well-crafted. The core appeal—a retro dungeon crawler with adult content—lands for its audience, and the character art draws favorable comparisons to stylized fantasy classics. However, the current build is rough around the edges: UI scaling breaks in fullscreen, the window remains too small even at high resolution, audio levels are wildly unbalanced, and installation issues (missing .exe, CPU compatibility walls) have locked some players out entirely. Enemy AI also has a tendency to swarm unexpectedly, breaking tactical spacing. The game has creative legs, but it needs technical stabilization before most players can enjoy what's clearly been put into it.
