The government passes the 'Law to Promote Childbirth,' a sweeping reform that legalizes polygamy, lowers marriage age, and provides free childcare and education. Companies and organizations that promote reproduction receive special incentives, leading to widespread societal instability. The protagonist, Yoshio, is drafted under this law and transferred to a designated high-risk area. The game follows Yoshio's experiences navigating relationships and reproduction obligations in this transformed society, presented as a sandbox-style narrative with animated 2D visuals.
