Editorial Has potential
Bunny Garden 2 is a long visual novel/dating sim hybrid with high-quality ecchi content and genuine romantic storytelling that eventually deepens beyond the lewd appeal. Players praise the art, character interactions, and the satisfaction of progressing through routes—especially once the game shifts from pure fan service to actual emotional payoff. However, the game is deliberately designed to gate content: completing one girl's full story prevents seeing all of another's in a single playthrough, and unlocking quality-of-life features (affection bar, money, outfit mods, Rich Mode) requires finishing routes first or hunting down external mods and save editors. Community consensus is divided: some find the grinding and length frustrating, while others appreciate the replayability and depth. The current build is stable enough to play, but scattered technical issues (black screens, save corruption, mod conflicts with Steam DRM) and confusing gatekeeping of basic features create friction for new players.
