Editorial Meh
Brothel Master is an ambitious management sim with striking 3D animations and a concept that clearly resonates—players consistently praise its potential and premise. However, the current build is severely hampered by persistent pathfinding bugs: NPCs get stuck in corners, clip through furniture, vanish, and fail to navigate to clients, breaking core gameplay loops. Revenue grinds are punishing, trainable services don't match available customer demand, and soft-locking scenarios (customers stuck indefinitely) require manual intervention. The developer acknowledges this is early-stage (v0.1) and has begun fixes, but after years of development, the gap between ambition and execution remains wide. Worth monitoring for fans of the genre, but wait for the pathfinding overhaul—right now, the bugs undermine what could be a solid game.
